During the summer lockdown I causally moved from office trousers to more forgiving joggers. I began Zoom munching, mid morning snacking with afternoon treats and then in the evening Netflix nibbles. I did very little exercise and the corona kilos piled on. My mood was sinking as the reading on my scales rose and I knew I had to do something so I called Luke.
If you are looking for a personal trainer at home, Luke provides a holistic package that improves the body and mind. Luke cleverly uses a combination of HIIT and Strength training in a circuit format, with next to no gym equipment using only body weight, exercise bands and the few kettlebells I had at home to provide a full individualised program tailored towards my goals.
Luke has a fantastic style. He is non judgemental but firm. He doesn't lecture you but is happy to share his abundance of knowledge of nutrition and exercise techniques when you ask a question he provides detailed and precise answers, backed up with solutions that have achieved results. From stretches to get rid of pain, meal planning, sleep advice , how to improve movement during the day without even realising it and of course fat loss and muscle building.
I meet regularly with Luke, he motivates me, pushes me to my limits and switches the exercises to stop me from getting bored and to target key muscles, each session is different.
During the winter lockdown with Lukes Personal Training I have moved from Chunk to Hunk. Before I started with Luke I was 24% body fat, so far I have lost 10% body fat I am now down to 14% and I'm delighted with the results. I have shed the excess weight and built muscle and definition. My outlook is more positive each day and I am motivated to take on the next challenge at work and at home.
I have set new targets and goals for 2021 to keep losing body fat and building muscle and I look forward to working with Luke to achieve those goals.

I have been training with Luke for 2 years now. Luke makes training fun because he mixes various exercises keeping every training session different and interesting. Luke also gives me great tips and nutritional guidance, this coupled with the training has enabled me to lose 10 kg of body fat so far, from 58kg down to 47.5kg

Before training with Luke I did not really enjoy working out, nor was I really seeing any major results. Luke finally helped me to start enjoying my training and I now look forward to our workouts. He always motivates me to become better and stronger and I feel my strength and fitness levels have improved greatly.
I've managed to keep my training up during lockdown through doing FaceTime sessions with Luke. So even without access to a gym I've been able to keep my fitness up from home. Luke is a great virtual personal trainer and I would definitely recommend him whether training in the gym or at home.

I lead a very busy TV lifestyle which means a lot of travelling and hectic schedules. I've been training with Luke all year and I'm really loving the effects of our work. He's great about flexible hours (evenings) and also during COVID we arranged zoom training sessions each week while I was in Mallorca. I lost 7 kg and got back in shape within a few months. Luke is easy to work with, a great motivator and his sessions kept me sane during the lockdowns and physically prepped for the job I do.
