Luke Fish Personal Training. I have 19 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach.


I know what it's like to be overweight, I've been there myself. Low body confidence, low self-esteem, uncomfortable in your clothes, lacking energy and motivation the list goes on! Coming from this starting point myself I know what it takes both physically and especially mentally to achieve great fat loss results and maintain them for the long term. I love helping people achieve their fat loss goals and in turn lead healthier more confident and fulfilling productive lives.

I believe that through teaching and putting in place healthy lifestyle habits alongside regular good quality training all leads to better long term results. Therefore not falling back into old habits and unhealthy tendencies leading to slowly putting the weight back on over time.

This is key for leading a leaner better more healthy and fulfilling life, who doesn't want that!

I provide Training wherever is most convenient for you, as a Mobile Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach covering all areas of North London and I am also based at The Rec Club Gym in Hampstead. I have the added options of Virtual Personal Training via (FaceTime/Zoom) or Online 1-1 Personal Training so that you can work with me from anywhere in the world.

I have trained clients Virtually 1-1 via FaceTime or Zoom in Germany, Ibiza, LA, Majorca, Poland, France.

I have been able to get great fat loss results in very challenging circumstances like when I Toured around Europe with a Rock Band training the lead singers. Helping each of them lose up to 10% body fat while on the tour. This was all done under very challenging tour bus travelling conditions. We were working around poor food catering so finding better healthy food alternatives, finding suitable places to train and times to fit exercise in around the hectic show schedule, getting in enough sleep when travelling overnight on the tour bus-creating good sleep protocols, the most important thing for them was keeping them consistent in making the right choices to lead them to their goals through taking small daily actions.
